University Pipeline

Candidates come from CFP programs, not job boards

Jumpstart Advisor is integrated into senior capstone courses at CFP Board-registered universities. Every candidate is an active student trained on the practical skills their coursework doesn't cover.

Embedded in the curriculum. Required course component, not optional.
Verified academic standing. Enrolled seniors in accredited CFP programs.
Graduation-aligned. Fall 2026 cohort graduates May 2027 for spring hiring.

Before you sign up

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. Browsing candidates, watching videos, and requesting interviews are all free. A 20% placement fee applies only when you extend an offer and the candidate accepts.

What does the placement fee look like?

20% of the candidate's first-year base salary. On a $55,000 starting salary, that's $11,000. Paid only after a signed offer and acceptance.

When will candidates be available?

The Fall 2026 cohort begins training in September. First 4-Star candidates will be interview-ready by early Spring 2027, aligned with graduation hiring season.

How is this different from a recruiter?

Recruiters send you resumes. We send you video proof. You watch candidates whiteboard tax strategies and run mock meetings before you ever get on a call with them.
